Delete In The App
Signed-in users can delete their HookVault account and saved vault data inside HookVault by opening Settings, going to Account, and choosing Delete Account.
If You Cannot Access The App
If you cannot sign in, email support@hookvault.com from the email address used for your HookVault account and we will help verify access.
What Gets Deleted
Deletion requests cover the HookVault account data we control, including saved entries, trash, hooks, body/script text, captions, titles, platform labels, custom platform labels, part/version labels, media records, stored image or video files, account plan records, and related entry metadata.
What May Remain
Backup files already downloaded to your device remain under your control. Apple purchase history, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, and Restore Purchases are managed by Apple. Support emails may be retained as needed for customer service records.
Timing
In-app account deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Support-assisted deletion requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible.
